A majority of people suffer from stress and anxiety and do very little to help themselves relax. I asked Tom if I could come along to one of his relaxation therapy sessions after I realised that I was stressed both with business and family life in general.I have been practising the relaxation techniques for two weeks now and find that I am more relaxed and can deal with situations in a better manner instead of getting worked up and stressed.
I would definitely recommend visiting Tom at his studio to see what he can do for you and your way of dealing with stress in your life.

On reflection over the last 2 years I just want to let you know how much you have helped me change my life for the better with Reiki. I have achieved goals in my life that I thought out of my reach thanks to you and your dedicated teaching skills. You are are truly a fantastic teacher and a wonderful human being. I would recomend your reiki and meditation classes to anyone seeking spiritual and healing enlightenment.

A TRULY AMAZING PLACE. I HAVE ENJOYED AND HAD SOME GREAT EXPERIENCES AT ALL THE WORKSHOPS AND HAVE MET SOME WONDERFUL PEOPLE ALONG THE WAY. MARGO IS AN INSPIRATIONAL PERSON AND I HAVE LOVED ALL THE COURSES AND CLASSES I HAVE BEEN TO (REIKI, LEMURIAN WORKSHOPS, ANGEL WORKSHOPS, MEDITATION AND YOGA) AND WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE.
