Within a Tai Chi form (sequence of movements ) you are moving slowly, smoothly and continuously, following the rhythm of your own breath. All movements are kept well within your own personal comfort zone   The easy to follow  fluid,  low-impact movements will not create any stress in your bones or joints while allowing your muscles (and mind) to remain relaxed.
